At Ruporia, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in inspecting and packing your orders. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help you with a quick return and exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• You must notify our Customer Support team within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received it.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all tags, labels, and accessories attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items For hygienic and safety reasons, certain product categories cannot be returned or exchanged unless delivered damaged:

• Intimate wear, innerwear, or cosmetics/beauty items that have been opened or unsealed.
• Items purchased on clearance sale or promotional offers (unless defective).

3. Return Process

• Step 1: Contact us via Email (support@ruporia.com) or Facebook Page Messenger with your Order ID and photo/video proof of the damaged or wrong product.
• Step 2: Once your return request is approved, carefully package the item.
• Step 3: Our delivery partner will collect the product from your address, or you may be requested to send it back via a standard courier service.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered), Ruporia will cover all delivery charges.
• If you wish to exchange a product due to a personal preference (e.g., change of mind or color preference), you will be responsible for the delivery fees.

5. Refund Policy

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days via your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, or Store Credit).
• Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
